The service
L2C Mentoring provides AI-supported feedback on coaching sessions you upload or record. Feedback supports your reflection; it is not a professional assessment or certification.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have your client’s informed consent to record and process each session, and that you will use reports in line with your professional code of ethics.
Plans and billing
The free plan includes two analyses. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Your content
You own your recordings, transcripts and reports. We process them only to provide the service and delete them when you ask.
