How can we help?

Getting started

How does the free plan work?

Two sessions, each with the full Coaching Feedback Report. No card needed.

Do I need my client’s consent?

Yes. Ask before recording and explain how the recording is used. Many coaches add this to their coaching agreement.

Recording & uploads

Which files can I upload?

MP3, M4A, WAV or MP4, up to 2.5 GB. Length limit: 20 minutes on Starter, 2 hours on Practice. In-browser recordings stop at the limit, with a warning a minute before.

Can I upload a transcript instead of a recording?

Yes. Choose “Upload a transcript” and add a TXT, DOCX, PDF, VTT or SRT file up to 10 MB (9,000 words on Starter). Start each turn with the speaker’s name, e.g. “Coach: …”; Zoom, Teams and Meet exports work as they are. We read the file on our servers and delete it straight after. Without timestamps, talk time, pauses and interruptions are not available. It counts as one analysis.

Can I record an in-person session?

Yes. Choose “Record in person”, allow the microphone and keep the tab open. You can pause and resume.

Can I record a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams session?

Yes, if the meeting runs in another tab of Chrome or Edge on a computer. Choose “Record an online meeting”, share the meeting tab with audio, and allow your microphone. Only sound is recorded, never video. Everyone in the meeting must agree to being recorded. Afterwards, check who is who in the transcript.

The speakers are labelled wrongly, or someone else spoke too

Open the transcript and choose “Change speakers”. Mark each voice as coach, client or other (e.g. an interpreter); others are kept out of your coaching figures. We re-analyse without using another analysis, up to twice per session.

Reports

How are competency levels decided?

Each competency is rated at the ICF level (ACC, PCC or MCC) the transcript shows, against a rubric based on the ICF Core Competencies; Ethical Practice is met or not met. With too little evidence it shows N/A. Levels are a guide for your reflection, not a formal ICF assessment.

What is a certification readiness review?

An option when you create a session. Pick a target level (ACC, PCC or MCC) and see, per competency, whether the session shows it, the gaps most worth practising, and whether the agreement, client-designed actions and close are there. It is practice guidance from one session, not an ICF assessment or a prediction of one, and uses one analysis.

Can I trust the quotes?

Every quote is checked against the transcript before the report is saved; select one to see it in context.

Can I share a report?

Download a PDF from the report page, or on Practice choose “Share” to email a read-only link to up to three people, such as your mentor coach. You confirm your client agreed, see exactly what is shared (never the transcript, your notes, the session title or your client’s name), set how long the link works (up to 30 days) and can withdraw it anytime.

Privacy & data

Where is my data stored?

In the European Union, encrypted at rest and in transit.

Is my data used to train AI?

No. Our processing providers are contractually prevented from training on or keeping your sessions.

Do you keep my recordings?

Not by default. Audio is deleted once your feedback is ready; transcript and reports stay in your account. Under Account → Data & privacy you can keep recordings, or have transcripts deleted too.

How do I delete my data?

Delete a session from its page, or your account from Account & billing. Deletion is permanent and includes copies held by our providers.

Billing

How do I upgrade or cancel?

Go to Account & billing. Stripe handles payments and invoices securely.

What happens when I reach my limit?

You can still read your reports; new analyses return when your period renews or you upgrade.
