What we collect

Your account details (name, email), the recordings and transcript files you upload or record, the transcripts and reports we generate from them, and basic usage information needed to run the service and your plan.

How we use it

Only to provide the service to you: transcribing and analysing your sessions, showing you your reports, and managing your subscription. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

AI processing

Transcription and analysis run with providers in the European Union that are contractually prevented from training models on your data or keeping it. Provider-side copies are deleted as soon as processing finishes.

Storage and security

Data is stored in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to your account; our administrators can see account-level information but not your recordings, transcripts or reports.

Recordings are deleted once the analysis of a session is finished, unless you choose in your account settings to keep them. Transcripts and reports stay until you delete them; you can also choose to have transcripts deleted after the analysis. A transcript file you upload is deleted as soon as we have read it; the speaker names in it are kept only as part of the transcript.

Your rights

You can download all your data and permanently delete individual sessions or your whole account at any time from Account & billing. For other requests, contact us.
